Bulawayo SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre, Bulawayo runs a Community Outreach Programme in the Makokoba Township to support orphaned and vulnerable children and their families affected by HIV/AIDS. Child-led families are at particular risk as are those families with one parent, who may be ill or unemployed. The SOS Social Centre gives advice to children and their families as well as the practical help they need to become more independent. This will include help with income-generating. The SOS Social Centre works with other organisations to ensure that the right level of help reaches the right people.
