Bindura SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre, Bindura helps orphaned and vulnerable children and their families in the local community. It works from a centre in the heart of the community. There are a number of specific programmes designed to support and help orphaned and vulnerable children - currently about 1200 children - and their families. The programmes include income-generation, health - treatment, prevention and education - with particular focus on HIV/AIDS related illness, agriculture, education and legal advice. In addition the SOS Social Centre works with other organisations to strengten the help given to orphaned and vulnerable children and their families.
