Kitwe SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre Kitwe helps orphaned and vulnerable children and their families in the local community. It opened in October 2004 with the objective of trying to reduce abandonment and to strengthen families. It runs a Community Outreach Programme for orphaned and vulnerable children and their families, including many that are child- or grandparent-led. The support includes help with food, clothing, medicine and education.
