Isolo SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre, Isolo began its work in August 2004. The development of the Community Outreach Programme was done in conjunction with, and with the support of, community leaders, local trade associations and churches. The SOS Social Centre focuses on vocational training to help develop income-generating projects, adult literacy and family health care. The Family Health Care programme is run in conjunction with the Lagos State Local Council. The SOS Social Centre has also developed a programme focussing on orphaned and vulnerable children and their families in the local communities who are affected by HIV/AIDS. This programme involves both the treatment and prevention of HIV/AIDS and providing help with food, housing and education.
