Aboisso SOS Social Centre

The SOS Social Centre in Aboisso, which opened in 2004, works in partnership with the SOS Social Centre in Abobo-Gare. The SOS Social Centre supports over 800 orphaned and vulnerable children and their families in the local community. As well as providing general medical help, the SOS Social Centre works to prevent the abandonment of children by supporting orphan and vulnerable children, especially families affected by HIV/AIDS. In addition the SOS Social Centre gave food and medicines to those affected by the civil war.
